Graduated Cal State University Fullerton with degree in Criminal Justice in 1978. Attended and graduated Western State University School of Law in Fullerton in 1981 and passed and admitted to the CA. State Bar in 1982 (on the first try). Have been in practice since 1982 and private practice since 1992. I am also licensed in Calif. as a Private Investigator and owner of Stearman Investigative Services.

Before attending Law School, Eric majored in Sociology at California State University, Fullerton. He graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the Sociological Honors Society. During this time, Eric studied the sociological aspects of the family as well as crime and punishment. He attended Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA.
