This is a general practice office where I handle a variety of legal matters. My focus is on maintaining low overhead and providing high quality individualized service. I feel that this practice style provides the most value to the client. In my free time I coach high school volleyball in Oklahoma City and spend time with my greyhound. I attend St. Francis Catholic Church in Oklahoma City.

Jarvis has been licensed since 1997 and practiced as a certified public accountant (C.P.A.) before becoming an attorney. The financial background does provide an insight into the financial aspects of all areas of law. Mr. Kovar has worked extensively with business owners and health care providers all over the country. As CEO of HealthTrust Software, he has a unique understanding of the health care industry and an in depth knowledge of business operations. His honest, innovative and intelligent approach helps his clients save time, money and energy. His experience allows for more informed decisions, which bring better results. Mr. Kovar received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. He has a BA in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
