OUR PRACTICE includes commercial and residential real estate acquisition and financing, commercial real estate leasing, formation of Condominium Regimes, formation and maintenance of business entities (e.g. partnerships, joint ventures, corporations, LLC’s, LLP’s, limited partnerships), Wills and Estates, and purchases and sales of dental, medical and other professional practices.

WE SERVE as counsel and represent individuals, corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, property owners’ associations, trusts and estates, as well as individual members, owners, directors and officers of those types of entities.

OUR FEES are most often based on standard hourly rates, but some of our clients benefit from other creative billing arrangements, including flat fees, contingent fees or result-based fee arrangements.
