I feel that this practice style provides the most value to the client. In my free time I coach high school volleyball in Oklahoma City and spend time with my greyhound. I am duly licensed to practice in Texas and Ohio. I am also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Bar for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.
