I feel that this practice style provides the most value to the client. In my free time I coach high school volleyball in Oklahoma City and spend time with my greyhound. I attend St. Francis Catholic Church in Oklahoma City.

Mr. Kovar received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. He has a BA in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
