My primary areas of practice for over 22 years has been in family law and probate. I have been court-appointed as Guardian Ad Litem numerous times in high conflict custody disputes. I have also been appointed by the Court as Intermediary in locating birth families to explore the feasibility of reconnecting with the adult adoptees.

Colleen is a Florida native who grew up in Gainesville before moving to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. After graduating with a double major, Colleen moved to the St. Petersburg area to attend Stetson University College of Law. After she was admitted to the Florida Bar, Colleen joined a small family law firm where she gained extensive experience handling cases involving divorce, paternity, custody, and adoption.
