Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

Justin Kincheloe has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since December of 2009. He has extensive litigation experience in the area of trust and estate law. Justin is a senior litigation associate at Gostanian Law Group, PC in Newport Beach, CA.

Through all of this work, Michael was able to graduate Cum Laude from law school, while at the same time interning at a local law firm to obtain practical experience.
