Biography – Jeffrey C. Nickerson Jeff Nickerson is an experienced Estate Planning attorney, practicing in all areas of Estate Planning; Wills, Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Conservatorship & Elder Law. Jeff is a long time resident of Murrieta. He has a professional, conveniently located office in Murrieta that serves all of Riverside County and beyond. Jeff has a passion for helping families with a disabled family member and specializes in the preparation of Special Needs Trusts. Jeff and his wife Mary have a disabled son and are actively involved with Special Olympics and are founders of Exceptional Sports, a 501(3)(c) Non-Profit organization that provides recreational opportunities to special needs families. Jeff has a customer-focused practice. Jeff’s philosophy is to treat his customers the way he wants to be treated. Jeff spends the time to thoroughly understand his client’s needs and desires.
