For the past 13 years Lindsay has spent a great deal of time advising clients on their legal options and making countless court appearances in both Traffic and Criminal Courts. I clerked for a Union County judge in the civil division in Union County to start my career. I then had the pleasure to learn criminal trial litigation at the Somerset County Prosecutors Office for nearly four years.

Over the last twenty years my practice has focused on helping individuals in workers compensation litigation, personal injury litigation, social security disability and municipal and juvenile court matters.

Mr. Weisbrot has been associated with several leading plaintiffâs firms where he practiced in the areas of complex personal injury, wrongful death, class action and general commercial litigation. Thomas Roughneen served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Union and Essex Counties for nine years.
