I have lived in Lexington, KY for the majority of my life. I worked at the Office of the Attorney General while attending lawsuit and immediately upon graduating, I worked in Criminal Appellate Division of the AG's Office.

Jessica Flinn is a native of Anna, Illinois, a small town in the Southern most tip of the state. She completed a bachelors degree in Zoology and a minor in Environmental Studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2004.
