In February of 2015, she became a partner in the firm, which changed to Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, P.A. With the retirement of the firm’s founder, Cynthia H. Clark becomes the principal of the new firm, Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, LLC.

Mr. Hannon came into the law after having served the nation as a Marine officer, where he earned numerous awards and distinctions for his service, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Penn State University and a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from Salve Regina University. Mr. Hannon went on to attain his law degree. Joshua A. Welborn is a trial attorney whose practice includes domestic and family law, criminal defense, personal injury, bankruptcy and general civil litigation matters.
