James Christian Becerra is a life long resident of Fort Bend County. He currently resides in the Katy area with his wife and 3 daughters. Mr. Becerra is a former Fort Bend County Assistant District Attorney now primarily practicing in the Criminal Defense and Family areas of law.

I attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating in 2010. Since then I've practiced in criminal law for a decade, the majority of that time in Austin, handling cases in Travis County and throughout the Central Texas area. I've handled a wide variety of cases--from murder to minor drug charges.

My approach is simple listen to my client's needs and I get the best results for them possible.

Born and raised in Texas, I began practicing in Austin in 2014. In that time, I have learned the value of a client-centered approach focused on communication with all my clients. I launched ATX Legal in 2021 because I wanted to replicate the client-focused approach I had developed over five years and hundreds of clients.
