He graduated from UCLA and Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth and began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Denton County District Attorney’s Office. Richard Marsh graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1973 with a degree in Liberal Arts. Mr. Marsh then graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1979.
