I am a former Federal Prosecutor, State Prosecutor, and Chief Deputy Prosecutor.
I have had extensive jury trial experience with all levels of criminal cases, from speeding to murder, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney.
I have successfully litigated civil cases regarding contracts, personal injury and products liability.
I am semi retired and limit my practice to cases that are of interest to me.

I was born and raised in Plymouth, IN. I am a graduate from LaVille High School in 2009. Following that, in 2016 I received a B.S. in Business Administration. Then receiving a full tuition scholarship to attend Valparaiso University School of Law. During law school, I had an internship with the LaPorte County Prosecutors Office. I graduated in 2019 with a Juris Doctorate Degree. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana. I have four children with my husband, Adam. As a family we enjoy camping, walking, and family movie nights on the couch.

Robert Scremin is a former deputy prosecutor and a former SWAT/Narcotics Detective. Robert is also a graduate of the coveted National Criminal Defense College at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia. He has practiced law for over 22 years, including California, Florida and Indiana.

Dan is a native of Fort Wayne. With almost 30 years of experience, he has developed a diverse practice. He has extensive experience in family law, estate planning and probate, real estate, personal injury, business formation contract drafting, civil litigation and creditor’s rights. Greggory W. Hockemeyer obtained his bachelor’s degree with honors at Wabash College (Crawfordsville, IN) in 1985. Hockemeyer attended IU School of Law at Indianapolis following college. Attorney Heidi R Cortez was raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she still has family. She graduated from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis with a degree in Forensic and Investigative Sciences with an emphasis in Biology.
