John M. Madison, Jr. was a founding member of Wiener, Weiss & Madison and has practiced law continually with the firm since 1975. His practice includes commercial litigation, construction law, oil and gas law, with emphasis on representation of mineral owners, business law and employment law. Andrew J. Walker joined Jones Fussell after graduating from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center on a full tuition scholarship, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar and received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence. Andrew’s practice focuses on business litigation, transactions, and legal compliance involving employment law, intellectual property, real estate, construction, contracts, leases, entity formation, and corporate governance and disputes. Dan principally represents general contractors, major subcontractors, sureties, public and private owners, and wireless telecommunications carriers and owners of telecommunications infrastructure. William “Will” Abel is a civil litigator. Will has focused his career on developing a civil litigation practice with an emphasis on large commercial disputes, serious personal injury (plaintiff and defendant), and other complex civil matters. Will also acts as general outside counsel to local businesses operating in the construction, development, transportation, maritime, and oil & gas service industries.
