In addition to serving as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee, Rob spends the majority of his time focusing on creditor and debtor representation in consumer and corporate bankruptcy. Danny Luneau was born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans. He attended college at Southeastern Louisiana University and graduated in the top 5% percent of his class with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Lance Henry listens carefully to determine clients’ precise needs and helps to find solutions through thoughtful analysis and dedicated advocacy. Lance assists individuals and entities on a range of matters, in both litigation and commercial transactions. In law school, Lance was a teaching assistant for the first-year course Legal Analysis Writing and Research, and the upper-level course Legal Writing for Judicial Chambers. Lance served as a judicial intern for The Honorable John L. Kane on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Lance enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, running, yoga, and music.

My family law practice consists of Protections Orders, Paternity Actions, Enforcement Actions, Modification Actions and simple to very complex Dissolution of Marriages. My experience consists of contested complex financial cases (utilizing forensic accountants) and complex custody matters (including national and international relocation cases).
