I graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and have been licensed to practice law in California and Colorado. During my 34 years of practice, I have developed experience in Contract Law, Employment Law, Products Liabilty, Estate Planning, and the Law related to Property Taxes. I have also served as an Arbitrator and Judge.

Mr. Thomas civil litigation experience covers broad areas. Over the past 24 years he has represented individuals and companies before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. I advocate for clients on appeal by writing persuasive appellate briefs, motions, and petitions for postconviction relief. I also help clients with clemency applications, parole applications, and deregistration petitions. I have experience in Colorado trial and appellate courts and am able to work with opposing counseling, law enforcement, and probation personnel to ensure success for my clients.
