Ms. Vance graduated Summa Cum Laude from Portland State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in criminology. She went on to attend Cal Northern School of Law in Chico, California where she earned a Masters degree in Legal Studies and a Juris Doctorate degree. She currently sits as Trustee on the board of Trustees at Cal Northern School of Law. Ms. Vance worked as a social worker for 16 years prior to attending law school.
