After completing a clerkship with (former) Justice Russell Nigro of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, I started my career as a litigator at DLA Piper, focusing on construction and transportation matters. I then moved on to work at various companies, where I gained experience in both privately held and publicly traded companies, serving as general counsel and taking on various business development roles.

Joel Wiener concentrates his practice in business matters, real estate and commercial litigation. He regularly represents real estate developers and commercial users in all aspects of residential and commercial development. His practice includes representation before all municipal boards for zoning, planning and land use as well as handling appeals to relevant Courts.
