Al Domanskis' legal career began in 1977 as a law clerk for the Honorable Edwin A. Robson of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Since that time, he has represented hundreds of businesses including partnerships, corporations, LLC's and individuals in business transactions. These include: acquisition and sales, financing, business planning and litigation if necessary.

Al also has extensive experience in real estate transactions and real estate financing, leasing and zoning. The firm also has a large estate planning practice.

Grant Gulovsen, Esq. has been advising and representing technology startups since late 2017. John is the founding partner of Galarnyk & Associates. John was born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin in a large family of a general practice physician and a loving stay-at-home mother. John watched his father manage and operate his general medical practice with a holistic approach with a confidential, nurturing and positive bedside manner.

Robert Holland concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate transactional work, business planning, asset protection, commercial real estate transactions and prenuptial agreements. His experience as both an attorney and a CPA enables him to offer a blend of legal and financial advice for over a decade. Bob’s business planning practice includes representation regarding the formation and operation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, including ownership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and not-for-profit planning.

Alex was born in Galesburg, Ill., and has lived in rural western and central Illinois throughout his life. He attended Knox College in Galesburg, graduating in 2011 with a double major in History/Political Science. Prior to law school, Alex worked as a special education aide at West Central High School in Biggsville, Ill., where he coached the football and track teams.Alex earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2016 from the Saint Louis University School of Law.
