Al Domanskis' legal career began in 1977 as a law clerk for the Honorable Edwin A. Robson of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Since that time, he has represented hundreds of businesses including partnerships, corporations, LLC's and individuals in business transactions. These include: acquisition and sales, financing, business planning and litigation if necessary.

Al also has extensive experience in real estate transactions and real estate financing, leasing and zoning. The firm also has a large estate planning practice.

David R. Freriks, JD, MLIS

Mr. Freriks is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the Chicago-Kent School of Law. He was admitted to the Illinois and Federal Bars in 1980. During law school, he clerked for the late Honorable Brian B. Duff (1930-2016), United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Robert Holland concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate transactional work, business planning, asset protection, commercial real estate transactions and prenuptial agreements. His experience as both an attorney and a CPA enables him to offer a blend of legal and financial advice for over a decade. Alex was born in Galesburg, Ill., and has lived in rural western and central Illinois throughout his life. He attended Knox College in Galesburg, graduating in 2011 with a double major in History/Political Science.
