I have practiced solely in the area of consumer bankruptcy law since I began practicing in 2000. Our firm only represents Debtors and we have been in practice continuously since 1978. In January 2009, I became a partner of the firm and name was changed to "Padgett & Robertson". I have been practicing law in Mobile since 1973 and have limited my practice to bankruptcy only for the past 20 years. I also served as a Chapter 7 Trustee for approximately 20 years; and this experience has been a valuable tool in representing debtors in Chapter 7 cases.

Marc was born in Kingsport Tennessee and was raised in Anniston Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. After college, Marc had a successful career in the technology industry developing complex computer network and systems for companies such as St. Vincents Hospital, Citrix Systems and BBVA Compass Bank.
