With twenty years of legal experience, Meredith Turpin is a seasoned and respected attorney who has built a reputation for delivering effective, compassionate, and strategic legal representation across a range of complex legal matters including bankruptcy, real property, probate, divorce, family law, and adoptions during some of the most challenging transitions in her clients' lives. Throughout her career, Meredith successfully represented individuals, families, and real property owners in and out of the courtroom, with her clients’ personal goals and financial security as her top priority. In bankruptcy, she helps clients achieve debt relief and financial stability through personalized, results-driven strategies. Her real estate practice includes contract disputes, title issues, and litigation involving residential and commercial properties. Meredith centers her practice in and around Northwest Alabama, regularly practicing in Municipal Courts, Circuit and District State Courts, and the Federal Courts for the Northern District of Alabama. In 2004, Meredith graduated from Mercer School of Law, in Macon, Georgia. Meredith began her legal practice in Mobile and Baldwin Counties before moving to the Shoals area in 2016. In her free time, Meredith enjoys cooking and entertaining, spending time with her family, and traveling.
