Ladd is an associate attorney who grew up in Arizona and graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, Ladd worked at both the Maricopa County Superior Court and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He received litigation experience working as a student law clerk at the Goldwater Institute, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office. James Bruce has practiced law in Phoenix Metropolitan and Glendale since 1978. He grew up and graduated high school in Rochester, New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Haverford College in 1973. He worked for the Pennsylvania Crime Commission in 1973 and 1974. He attended Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. from 1974 to 1977. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Georgetown in 1977.
