James Bruce has practiced law in Phoenix Metropolitan and Glendale since 1978. He grew up and graduated high school in Rochester, New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Haverford College in 1973. He worked for the Pennsylvania Crime Commission in 1973 and 1974.
