Jason Margolin represents businesses and individuals in resolving controversies through court proceedings, trials, alternative dispute resolutions, and administrative proceedings. He serves as the attorney for the Charlotte County Construction Licencing Board and as Special Magistrate for Charlotte County Code Enforcement.

Attorney Jason Hutchinson, of Hutchinson Law, is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law located in Jacksonville and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals-11th circuit. Through appellant advocacy, Mr. Hutchinson played a large role in forming paternity law in the Jacksonville area.
