I have been practicing law since 2009. The focus of my practice for the last decade has been focused almost exclusively in defense of those accused of criminal conduct or juvenile delinquency. I represent clients in all phases of the process from advisement regarding potential charges through trial, appeal and sealing or expunction of records. Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
