I have practiced law since 1992 and have litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal courts before judges and juries. I represent plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil cases. My main focus is employment and tort cases.

I lead a team of legal professionals and oversee the day-to-day in-house counsel function. I regularly advises and supports senior executives and other business leaders on the full range of contractual, legal, regulatory, and corporate issues faced by a large, multi-location Alaskan business.

Nicole is a former Palmer Superior Court Law Clerk and Anchorage Assistant District Attorney who decided to go into private practice in October 2020. Nicole opened her own law office in February 2022, and since then, has been providing high-quality, cost-effective service to her clients.

A graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State (1993) and Amherst College (1990), Jennifer has been practicing law in Alaska since 1993.
