Biography

Warner represents brave whistleblowers who expose the misuse of federal dollars in local government grant programs, military contracting, Medicare and Medicaid programs, and at for-profit proprietary or career schools. These actions, brought under the Federal False Claims Act, empower citizens to act on behalf of the Federal Government to recover misspent and wasted funds. To date, Warner’s clients have helped return almost $20,000,000.00 to the United States Treasury.

3 Questions Answered
Q. i sold a house for 25000 dollars i got 4900 dollars i was told the money went into escrow was i suppose to get that back
A: A water bill lien could do that. It sounds like a lot. I would ask the water department to show where that amount was justified. The title company will have a complete accounting of payments on liens. Look at your closing statement.
Q. Hello, currently I am in bind with my leasing office. Its about a lease they say we signed but we didn't.
A: Attorney's need to see what you documents you are referring to to give you an opinion. It sounds like it is a rental agreement that requires you to give 60 days notice before leaving. If you did not sign anything you could give them 30 days notice and leave.
Q. Legal or not, a minor child is killed mom not permited 2 identify her.
A: More detail on this is needed to answer. Where was the minor child living? Did the mother have custody? Were the mother's parental rights taken in a dependency, abuse, neglect case? etc...
