Seth Bader

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and pursued my undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College, where I earned a B.A. in Political Science. I then attended Florida State University College of Law, during which I was an active member of the law review.

My legal career began with representing insurance companies, where I gained significant trial experience by handling thousands of cases. This early phase of my career provided me with a deep understanding of how insurance companies approach and litigate cases against injured individuals.

In 2008, I established Bader Law. Since its inception, my team and I have represented over 10,000 clients who have suffered injuries due to someone else's negligence or work-related accidents. I have personally overseen settlements totaling over $200,000,000 for clients across the State of Georgia.

I am deeply committed to assisting injured individuals, regardless of their background. In line with this commitment, my partner and I founded a non-profit foundation. This non-profit organization supports various groups that aid people in need.

I currently live in Atlanta with my wife, Ana, and our four children.
