Mr. Berry is also admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in the State of Texas (Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas), and also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Berry received his preparatory education from The University of Texas (B.B.A. 1986) and his legal education from St. Mary's University of San Antonio (J.D. 1994). His honors include: Articles Editor, St. Mary's Law Journal (1993-94); Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity (1991-94); and Recipient, American Jurisprudence Award for Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy (1993).

Robert W. Berry believes strongly in the rights of consumers and small business owners, and he is passionate about the representation of all his clients. On January 21, 2011, Mr. Berry successfully preserved the asset-protection rights of a consumer bankruptcy client in a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. See Camp v. Ingalls (In re Camp), 631 F.3d 757 (5th Cir. 2011).
