Peter J. Guala is a Florida attorney, and the Founder and Managing Shareholder of Guala Law Firm which offers legal counsel in practice areas including condominium and planned development / community association law, corporate counsel, real estate law and industry focused practices.
Mr. Guala is a Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law. During his career Mr. Guala has worked closely with clients to provide them successful representation and counsel in various legal matters regarding real estate issues, business matters, and operation of associations operating condominiums and other communities. He has acted as general corporate counsel to numerous businesses. Having a detail-oriented nature coupled with experience involving litigation and transactional practice, Mr. Guala is uniquely positioned to assist clients with varying legal matters.
Prior to founding Guala Law Firm, Mr. Guala was a partner at a South Florida real estate law firm where he represented clients throughout the State of Florida. With Guala Law Firm, Mr. Guala continues to offer legal services in Florida and the firm is situated to easily serve the Miami metropolitan area which includes Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties with cities and municipalities such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Davie, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Aventura.
In addition to being actively engaged in the practice of law, Mr. Guala is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
