Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2021. Before law school, he attended Webster University in Webster Groves, MO, where he obtained his Master of Arts in Procurement and Contract Administration in 2010 and his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies in 2007. Patrick is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.

Before joining the St. Charles divorce and family law attorney at Stange Law Firm, Patrick served as an Attorney Advisor in Indianapolis, managing complex cases, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, and mentoring non-attorney staff while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Before this, Patrick was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Springfield, MO for two years, handling felony and misdemeanor cases, making charging decisions, preparing for hearings and trials, and collaborating with law enforcement and defense counsel. He also previously worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Missouri, representing clients facing felony charges (Level C and below), attending criminal dockets, conducting legal research, and filing motions to ensure effective advocacy.

Outside of his legal career, Patrick is a proud veteran who served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps and remains actively involved with Disabled American Veterans and the American Legion.
