Nico and his wife settled in the Treasure Coast and have made their home and family here. For a number of years, Nico practiced law at a large firm concentrating his practice in the areas of collections, creditors’ rights, business and UCC litigation, and a variety of other business and contractual matters – both transactional and litigation. Nico Apfelbaum attended the University of Florida for both his undergraduate and law school degrees, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance, and Cum Laude from law school. Throughout his legal career, Nico has valued his community and roots by being constantly involved and assuming leadership roles in a number of local, Hispanic and International organizations.
