- Q. I have physical proof child is being coached by mom. What should I do?
- A: You should look at asking the court for a Guardian ad Litem. You can use the text messages as evidence as to why one is needed. A Guardian ad Litem is an unbiased neutral third party appointed by a judge to investigate the best interests of a child.
- Q. Am I required to pay for my answer and counterclaim to be filed with the clerk if the petitioner has a lawyer
- A: If you file your Answer and Counterclaim in person then you do not have to pay any fees. If you file your Answer and Counterclaim via PeachCourt or E-File Georgia you will have to pay processing fees once to use the portal and no additional fees after that.

- A: Yes, in any case involving children and/or family legal issues a Domestic Financial Affidavit is required.
