- A: If you file your Answer and Counterclaim in person then you do not have to pay any fees. If you file your Answer and Counterclaim via PeachCourt or E-File Georgia you will have to pay processing fees once to use the portal and no additional fees after that.

- A: Yes, in any case involving children and/or family legal issues a Domestic Financial Affidavit is required.

- A: It does not make a difference who files first in the divorce action, it does not mean one party will have preferential treatment over the other party.
