Q. I was charged with criminal attempt in 1975, I was 17, now 62, is this still on my records as a felony
A: If you were convicted, then it will likely still be on your record. Convictions do not age off of Georgia criminal histories.

Even if you were convicted and it shows, you may be eligible for record restrictions as a youthful offender. As the other lawyer said, best bet is to go to local law enforcement office to get a copy of your GCIC - criminal history.
