Michelangelo Croce
Croce & Associates Immigration Law Services Miami Lakes, FLI am a first generation immigrant of Italian and Swiss parents. Having immigrated to the U.S. at an early age I have come to appreciate the freedoms and liberties we have in America. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and I have worked in federal law enforcement ( U.S. Customs) and security for 15 years before becoming a lawyer. This experience gave me valuable insight as to the inner workings of the U.S. government and its law enforcement mechanisms and procedures which allows me to provide real life practical advice to my clients as well as legal advice. I have lived and worked abroad in Spain and El Salvador, and both of these experiences have given me a more global perspective of foreign business and cultures. I also worked as an intern with the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board while in law school and this experience provided me with a keen awareness, knowledge and commitment to practicing law in the most ethical manner possible in order to uphold the integrity of the practice and maintain the respect of the clients I serve. My multilingual skills enable me to effectively communicate with my clients in their native language. My life's long mission is to help immigrants to assimilate in the U.S. and to achieve the American dream. In summary, I am "an immigration attorney who knows and who cares."

- Q. CAN TWO INVESTORS HOLDING ITALIAN PASSPORTS QUALIFY FOR AN E2 VISA? IF SO, WHAT SHOULD BE EACH INVESTOR ROLE?
- A: It is possible to have two E-2 qualifying investors. The role may be that of an "executive" or "supervisor" or an employee with "special qualifications" or knowledge of E-2 qualifying business.
There are many factors to the final decision and strategy in this regard. They are all fact specific i.e. as to the nature of the business and potential investment/ return.
Please contact an immigration attorney for a complete analysis and strategy regarding your potential E-2 company and structure.
