Mark Roseman
National Association of Elder Law Attorneys
Education: I am a 1964 graduate of Dartmouth College. I graduated from Boston University Law School in 1967.
Experience: I have been a member of the Florida Bar since 1980. During this period, I have drafted estate planning documents and handled numerous probate matters on behalf of personal representatives, as well as creditors. In addition, I have drafted special needs trusts and documents in connection with Medicaid applications for clients whose assets initially prevented them from qualifying for Medicaid for long-term nursing home and other kinds of health care. This is a form of asset protection. As a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, I have been focused primarily on issues related to senior citizens.
