Lori Palmieri
Your Key to JusticeAs I enter my 29th year of practice as a criminal practitioner, I feel stronger than ever that my role in the criminal justice system is as critical as any time in history. Criminal defense attorneys represent the last hurdle against over-reaching by the government to take one's liberty. I find my role to be one of holding the government to their burden of proof using admissible evidence. I help people that are both under investigation, have been arrested and later charged. It is always critical to get a lawyer during the investigation phase in order to impact a decision whether charges will be filed. I have been Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by The Florida Bar since 2000; AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and rated Suberb by Avvo.com. I have over 100 5 star client reviews as well. I pride myself on personalized service to my clients. I am very accessible and respond daily to all calls. I consider it my honor to be chosen to represent clients during such a difficult time in their life. Good people make bad decisions but are not bad people. Everyone deserves an excellent defense.
