Biography

Libby McNary is a founding Partner of McNary Powers and leads our family law services.

An Indiana native, Ms. McNary started her legal career working as a Law Clerk in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General in 2006 while attending Indiana University Law School. After graduation, she moved to Florida and joined the firm of Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt & McGuire, P.A. as an associate in April 2010.

In June 2012, Ms. McNary began her practice, Libby A. McNary, P.A., focusing on marital and family cases, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, paternity, child custody and timesharing, and alimony and child support. Since moving to Manatee County over ten years ago, Ms. McNary has been involved with many professional legal organizations, including the Manatee County Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Manatee Chapter, and the Manatee American Inn of Court.
