Born in Michigan in 1956
Attorney, Lane A. Clack, is a shareholder and member of the firm’s executive management committee at Goldberg, Persky & White, P.C. Mr. Clack graduated from Aquinas College in 1982 and from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1985. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, Pennsylvania, the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Thousands of asbestos victims and their families have benefited from Mr. Clack’s litigation experience. Since 1986, he has prepared thousands of cases for trial and is regarded as the preeminent expert on asbestos litigation in Michigan. His efforts on behalf of those suffering from Mesothelioma, Lung Cancer and Asbestosis have resulted in millions of dollars in settlements for his clients and their families.
Mr. Clack has a very thorough knowledge of the asbestos products that were made and sold by a large number of companies during the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, which were distributed and used throughout The State of Michigan and elsewhere.
Among his various responsibilities with the firm, he manages their practice in Michigan and Indiana. He oversees their Michigan Asbestos Bankruptcy Trust claim process which has developed the most extensive database of product identification in The State of Michigan. Because GPW is a real law firm representing thousands of union workers in Michigan, unlike the TV advertiser/out of state lawyers, Mr. Clack has the ability to quickly locate co-worker witnesses at most major industrial worksites throughout the State to help ensure Mesothelioma claims are maximized and approved promptly with all appropriate Asbestos Bankruptcy Trusts. Mr. Clack is the Plaintiffs’ Representative on the Wayne County Circuit Court Steering Committee.
Please feel free to call or e-mail Mr. Clack to discuss your legal rights or if you have any questions concerning an asbestos-related disease.
