From a young age, Kimberly enjoyed working at her father’s law firm in Williamsport, Indiana, which was established in 1861. She is now the fifth generation attorney in her family. Kimberly was particularly drawn to family law because it requires unique problem-solving skills drawing from numerous areas of law as well as compassion for helping clients resolve high conflict problems during emotionally draining times. Kimberly’s undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communications afford her insight into family dynamics and the underlying motivations for certain behaviors. She is then able to effectively use this information to successfully negotiate out-of-court settlement agreements or litigate cases in a courtroom setting.
