Kent Bieberich
Humbarger, Zebell & Bieberich, P.C.
The best part of being a lawyer is helping others with their legal issues. I don’t pay for TV advertisements or premium on-line placements. Instead, I do the best I can at a fair price for my valuable clients who in turn pay me the ultimate compliment by referring me to others who may need legal services. Here are a few things I ask you to consider.
- I deal directly with my clients. I do not pass you on to a junior associate; I do the actual work, which I continue to find interesting and rewarding.
-I work with other lawyers who are not only knowledgeable sources of information and sounding boards, but good and honest people. And if those a few steps away from me do not have the answer, I have formed mutually beneficial relationships not only with other lawyers, but those I know and trust in other professions, businesses and trades. I want to not only be your lawyer, but your trusted adviser.
- Working in a small firm environment, I do not have high overhead that I must meet every month. Like most any reasonable person I want to earn enough money to be financially secure while still wanting to enjoy all aspects of life. My goal is to develop long-term relationships, not look for a short-term gain.
-It is almost always best to try to resolve a problem cooperatively; however, sometimes that is just not possible. While it is not my style to rant and rave, I will fight as hard and work as much as needed to make sure my clients get the best possible result.
-I am not perfect. Far from it. But I will always be honest, listen to you, do my best today, and strive to be even better tomorrow.
Thanks, Kent
