Kelsey Westermeyer
Working Hard for the Working Class
Hi, my name is Kelsey Westermeyer! I joined Hilliard Law in 2021 and am now a member of the mass tort team. I am the managing attorney of the Hernia Mesh docket and also work as part of the mass torts team focused on one of Hilliard Law’s pharmaceutical drug dockets.
In 2016, I graduated from the Salmon P. chase College of Law in Highland Heights, Kentucky earning the honor of cum laude. Throughout law school I worked as a paralegal focusing on personal injury cases. After law school I continued to work as an attorney representing injured Plaintiffs in personal injury cases as well as representing disabled clients before the Social Security Administration.
Prior to law school, I earned my degree in Political Science and History from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky where I was awarded an athletic scholarship and was captain of the softball team. I'm active in my church and a member of the PTA at my children’s school. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three kids, and two dogs!
Please feel free to show me pictures of your pets, it will give me an excuse to show you how handsome my Oakley is.
