I am an associate at Gerson & Schwartz, where I handle personal injury cases for clients who have been injured. My work involves cases related to premises liability, automobile negligence, maritime and admiralty, and sexual assault.
Before my current role, I was an associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, which is recognized as Florida’s largest defense firm. I served in the Miami office, where I represented insureds and insurance carriers in various legal matters, including automobile accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and general liability cases.
My journey into law began at Florida International University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy, graduating with magna cum laude honors. I then pursued my Juris Doctor degree at the University of Miami School of Law, where I graduated with cum laude honors.
