I graduated from college in 1971. I took a year off to work for Marsh & McLellan in NYC. In 1972 I applied to the University of Toledo for law school. I served a year on the law school governing board. Upon graduation, I relocated to York, Pa., to serve as the sole law clerk for the judges of Pennsylvania’s 19th District. In 1976, I became an associate to Frank B. Boyle. Being active in the Democratic party, I was fortunate enough to be appointed Solicitor to the Block Grant Program of the York County Planning Commission, Solicitor to the York County Transportation Authority, Solicitor to the York County Transportation Authority, Solicitor to the Clerk of Courts Marlyn Holtzapple, and Solicitor to York County Children & Youth. We protected thousands of children.
I always enjoyed school so I applied for an LL.M. degree from Temple University in 1979. I commuted every Monday for 3 ½ years to Philadelphia from York. I graduated in 1983 and then devoted all my efforts to create an employment practice. By 1990, I did nothing but labor law and employment.

- Q. Is living in a car in a rented garage legal in PA?
- A: I don't know where u plan on doing this so I can't answer the "legality" issue. I think u would have more problems with your landlord who rented you a car garage presumably where you would keep a car. Your landlord would likely move to evict u if he/she found out .
What made this a good idea for you? What about a toilet? This strikes me as a terrible decision.
- Q. What are my rights against landlord's unauthorized entry and demands for repair money?
- A: You have a few things going on here. What you need is a lawyer. Outside of a court order, a landlord has the right of inspection at reasonable times and intervals. I do not have a court order in front of me but your lawyer can seek to have the landlord be in contempt. GET A LAWYER!!
- Q. Can we terminate a real estate sale contract due to missed settlement dates and undisclosed IRS debt by buyers?
- A: This is why you must engage counsel (and not a title company) to review every bit of paperwork you sign. in my view, the contract is incomplete for lack of a written agreed closing date. I would address the tax issue since you have an out.
