Brad focuses on business, commercial and transactional law at GTH, supporting the day-to-day and long-term legal needs of our businesses clients and helping them identify and mitigate risks, structure favorable contracts and transactions, and build and maintain successful enterprises. He particularly enjoys the opportunities he has here to work with experienced and engaging colleagues in an environment where he learns something new every day.
