Jim Nguyen

I established my law practice in Personal Injury, a field that deeply resonates with my values and upbringing. My parents, who immigrated to the U.S. to escape the Vietnam War, instilled in me the principles of hard work and compassion. These values not only shaped my character but also ignited my passion for helping others, which ultimately led me to pursue a career in law.

I am a graduate of Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. My career began at Callahan, Thompson, Sherman & Caudill, one of California’s most successful insurance defense firms. During my time at CTSC, I gained invaluable insights into the operations of insurance companies. This experience equipped me with the knowledge to better assist my clients by developing exceptional strategies for each case. Whether negotiating a settlement or representing clients in a jury trial, I am dedicated to providing top-notch representation for all my clients.

In 2019, I took a significant step by establishing my own firm. Since then, I have maintained a remarkable track record, successfully resolving hundreds of cases and securing millions of dollars for my clients. In 2024, my firm underwent a rebranding and is now known as Win Nguyen Law, a name that has become renowned in the field.
