I help people who have ended up with complications in Criminal matters both state or federally focused. Also, I handle all Military court matters.
I've been doing this for years and and have taken on the most challenging of cases over the years - there's almost nothing I haven't seen.
I commissioned in the Marine Corps out of Denver almost two decades ago. I am back to lend my considerable experience and training to the people of Colorado as well as nationwide for criminal and military matters.

- Q. A warrant for a cell phone is the warrant supposed to state exactly what is being searched for what about Facebook?
- A: In general, a warrant should reasonably describe the location to be searched. When it comes to online material, a lot of identifiers can reasonably describe the location (e.g., account name, account link, profile like, cell number, username, etc.). Not necessarily a name.
- Q. I’m active duty in California, but I’m from Colorado do I need to register my pistol from back home?
- A: If you live on a military base, the answer is almost always yes.
