Greg Hopper is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Greg grew up in a small town in Missouri. His first experiences working were in construction and on farms where he met people from a lot of different backgrounds. He saw a worker injured using a poorly designed and manufactured power tool. He sat beside a friend college who was almost paralyzed when a seat failed during a car crash. And a family member died as a result of horrible medical care. In this process, Greg saw firsthand how corporations and doctors used their power, positions, and greater knowledge to avoid responsibility for their actions. Greg decided to move to Maryland and become a lawyer to help people get a fair shot at justice.
Over the last twenty years, Greg has successfully fought for hundreds of people who were catastrophically injured or killed as a result of the actions of a wide variety of defendants, including all types of health care providers -- hospitals, doctors, nurses, nursing homes, psychologists and psychiatrists, EMTs, and many others; all types of product manufacturers -- companies that make defective SUVs, personal trucks, heavy trucks, convertibles, sedans, sports cars, high performance motorcycles, powerboats, mobility scooters, medical devices (hips, knees, defibrillators, and others), pharmaceuticals, power tools (masonry saws, table saws, mowers, and others), recreational equipment (kiteboards, personal watercraft, and others), elevators, escalators, and others; and all types of corporations -- concert and event promotors, apartments, night clubs, security companies, and many others.
Greg is proud to serve his clients. And he is proud to help people face uncertainty and fight for justice.
If you or a loved one have been catastrophically injured, Greg is available anytime.
